Business Development Manager
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to ensure that our Sales Executives are achieving their targets and working towards the company's sales goals. He/she will focus on aspects of the business such as client relations, account management and Business to Business sales. The core of our sales are made via LinkedIn, email, telesales and face to face meetings.
Experience within the facilities and logistics management sector would be ideal. However if not, they must be keen to learn and understand our services.
To be successful for the BDM role:
· Must have experience selling and upselling services.
· Must have experience with B2B sales with a keen eye for detail, drive, and determination.
· Must have experience delegating, leading, and motivating a sales team.
· Must be eager to bring on new ideas, think out-of-the-box, hands-on approach.
· Must be people orientated, positive and approachable.
As a valued member of our team, you will be working with our small team based at our office in Loughton, Essex. It would be beneficial for the candidate to have their own mode of transport or be willing to commute via trains and bus.
Typical working routines are Monday to Friday, 08:30 AM to 17:00 PM.
This role is a fantastic opportunity in a rapidly growing company. Starting salary will be based on previous experience but will develop with career progression.
