Lead Sales Executive
We are seeking an experienced Lead Sales Executive to ensure that our Sales Executives are achieving their targets and working towards the company's sales goals. He/she will focus on aspects of the business such as client relations, account management and Business to Business sales. The core of our sales are made via LinkedIn, email, telesales and face to face meetings.
Experience within the facilities and logistics management sector would be ideal. However if not, they must be keen to learn and understand our services. The industry is a simple concept to understand and an experienced B2B sales executive should easily be able to adapt and learn.
To be successful for the Lead Sales Executive role:
o Must have experience selling and upselling services.
o Must have experience with B2B sales with a keen eye for detail, drive, and determination.
o Must have experience delegating, leading, and motivating a sales team.
o Must be eager to bring on new ideas, think out-of-the-box, hands-on approach.
o Must be people orientated, positive and approachable.
As a valued member of our team, you will be working with our team based at our Essex based Head office. It would be beneficial for the candidate to have their own mode of transport or be willing to commute via trains and bus.
Typical working routines are Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM to 17:00 PM.
This role is a fantastic opportunity in a rapidly growing company. Starting salary will be based on previous experience but will develop with career progression.
